The Speedy Foundation provides care kits for those impacted by suicide. Grief from a suicide loss is unique and complicated. These kits offer helpful resources for those who have lost a loved one to suicide or for those who have strong suicidal ideation or have attempted suicide. Each kit provides tailored resources to assist you in this difficult time— you are not alone.

Missing You

Losing a loved one to suicide can be devastating and having the words to comfort can be hard to find. Grief from a suicide loss is unique and complicated. The tools and information are from others who have survived a suicide attempt. It is our hope that this information can help you keep yourself or your loved one safe, develop hope, and, most importantly, remind you that you are not alone because with help comes hope.
